Responsibilities
Provide documentation support - draft and review of agreements and other legal documents
Conduct legal research on related topics, for internal and external reporting purposes
Undertake regulatory filings to the relevant regulatory bodies, and provide company secretariat support
Support internal operations through the provision of legal advisory.
Requirements
Understanding of legal research tools and experience with documentation management systems
Attention to detail, drafting & analytical skills
An awareness of Payments and Data Protection laws
Be called to the Nigerian Bar
Proficiency in Google Suite
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
