Brief Description:

The ELTP is a graduate development program designed to prepare young professionals for careers in banking. Successful candidates will undergo intensive training at Access Bank's School of Banking Excellence (SBE) and be developed for roles in either:

ELTP Retail – Customer service, relationship management, and branch operations.

ELTP Tech – Digital transformation, technology, and innovation-focused roles.

Qualification:

Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
